Today's #OneGoodThing:
A few weeks ago, I started getting up at 5am to get a jump on my writing. Since it's before anyone else is up and before my normal start to my work day, it feels like a different kind of time. I have found that I can focus without procrastinating and feel more accomplished. I was afraid this new routine wouldn't stick, but I am now starting my 4th week of the habit. It feels good. (Also: I take a daily nap at 2pm which ain't too shabby).
It's official: I am a million years old and I like it.
