I recently read somewhere that you only need to do something for 6 minutes to overcome your reluctance/procrastination. I've been working on just spending 10 minutes on stuff that I don't wanna do, and honestly, it helps. This is a good thing, but it also feels kind of irritating, to be honest.
Who knew that just doing stuff helped you get over not doing stuff?
